(In Ontario rallying, this name is used as a synonym for "official." At any rally, you can go up to a group of officials, ask to speak to "Peter," and someone will assist you. It will be a different "Peter" in each group, although sometimes they won't be sure which official is supposed to be "Peter" at that moment, leading to many "Peters." You may think I am making this up, but I'm not.)
